It would seem that there is no such thing as easy exercises for the abs. So, what can a person do to develop them? Basically, it would be best to combine traditional workout exercises for abs with secondary simple exercises for abs. This way, you will hit the abs from a number of different angles and achieve positive results. So, let’s take a look at how the process works:
The prime workout exercises for abs are the standard situp, crunch, leg raises, bicycle alternating situps, and scissor crunches. You need to perform a minimum of 20 reps to see results and it is best to work upwards to 100 reps per exercise. When you are able to perform these exercises into 4 days of 20 minute sessions, you will have achieved some noticeable results in the ab region.
You can add further exercise stress to the abs by talking part in other workouts that stress the abs. A stairmaster or a stationary exercise bike will hit the abs quite nicely. Then, there are
