You will need to follow the same general concepts of professional bodybuilding whether you are a natural trainer or not. That means 8 months out of the year will be spent packing on mass. Body builders MUST have a massive physique or else they really are not body builders. Packing on mass throughout the year is a must to develop such a look.

The other remaining months of the year will be known as the pre-contest phase. This is when a body builder will need to develop a very ripped physique with low body fat. This can be achieved by dieting down, performing a lot of cardio exercises, and, most importantly, performing tons and tons of isolation exercises.
